The Story

Challenge
The original master bath had a tub-shower combo that the homeowners hadn't used as a tub in a decade. The single vanity was undersized for two people getting ready simultaneously, and the 1990s tile and fixtures were past their useful life.
Solution
HomeNest converted the alcove into a curbless walk-in shower with a linear drain and proper Schluter waterproofing behind the tile. A double vanity replaced the single, with a quartz counter and dual undermount sinks. Large-format porcelain tile on floor and shower walls, heated floors under the tile, and a ventilation fan sized to handle steam finished the package.
Result
The space now reads as a hotel-quality primary suite. The homeowners' morning routine is faster, and the heated floors are the feature they mention most in winter. Delivered on time, on budget, with a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty.
